Combine the following:
One 8 oz. bag of shredded
cabbage or broccoli slaw
One 8 oz. bag of
shredded iceberg lettuce
One cup of
dried cranberries
Roast ½ cup
sunflower seeds, ½ cup sliced almonds, ½ cup pumpkin seeds and 1 package of ramen noodles (no seasoning packet) for 10 minutes and
then allow to cool. Add to salad.
The dressing
is ¼ cup red wine vinegar and ¼ cup olive oil, mix well and drizzle over entire
salad.
